In March of 1984, Kenneth Armond established Armond Meats in St. Bernard Parish. Armond’s was well known throughout the parish for its quality meats and service until Hurricane Katrina relocated the business in 2005. Preston Armond, Kenneth’s son, decided to continue the Armond’s legacy in St. Tammany Parish. In July of 2006, Preston reopened Armonds Meats on Gause Blvd. in Slidell. In 2014, Preston partnered with Eddie Boesch and is now open on Old Spanish Trail.

We offer a full service butcher shop, including the processing of all wild game. We specialize in all cuts of meat as well as stuffed poultry and beef. Our stuffing’s include jambalaya, boudin sausage, green onion sausage, andouille sausage, hot sausage, and many more!
We process all forms of wild game once the animal is completely skinned and cleaned. From this, many products are offered – variety of sausages, tamales, stew meat, fajitas, specialty cuts, and much more!
